「The standard room was dark small and uncomfortable had 1 full bed and a twin it’s a a family room I don’t understand why we were assigned that room we are a couple luckily we don’t spend time in the room. Also the pictures on Expedia did not show that the standard room had this format. We complained but were told that is how all the standard rooms are. Pool area isn’t very nice small pool and there wasn’t a hot tub」
「Overall experience was nice that the surroundings and leisure club are pretty good. The thing we didn't expect is that there are some stairs going down to the room that we need to carry the luggage ourselves, which is not notified when booking. Also the air smells moldy in the corridor downstairs. But the room itself is tidy and clean.」
