「My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We loved our stay. This is the first time I have rented a house without a prior review. So glad we did! The house seemed brand new or very recently remodeled. The pool table and media area downstairs made the rainy day we had on the island a great one. We had a party of seven and plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was easy to walk to town but we also rented bikes to get around. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on Martha's Vineyard.」

「This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. 「The location was perfect. It is a bit of an older house but it worked for what we needed. The house was clean on arrival and it was very spacious for our kids to run around. My only suggestion would be the it might be time to replace the window until, it was a bit dirty. Other than that everything worked and it was a great mini vacation house.」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
