「This was one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had staying in a hotel going to a conference! The room was spotless. The bed was fantastic. I would recommend best western in York beyond any other and would rank it up even above a hotel that cost twice or more the amount! I told the staff that I came up there to complain. He asked what about? I told him I came down to complain and my complaint is I couldn’t find anything to complain about!」

「I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. 」

「Excellent place to stay in the downtown /haymarket area. Parking was no issue as we used the adjacent parking structure. It was safe to walk around the Haymarket at night and excellent restaurants were a block away. The room was comfortable. We would stay again」
