“We had a pleasant stay over all. The grill was a little difficult to start but my husband was able to get it lit. Fire pit and spacious backyard was pretty nice. We used the kitchen a lot to cook and prepare meals (super convenient as it is close to the grocery store). Kitchen could use newer knives/can opener but we make do with what was there (just note to bring your own just incase, we usually do but forgot this time). “Great cottage would recommend to baseball families. Very clean and exceeded our expectations. We were in Omaha from Texas for weeklong baseball tournament. Not too far away but nice to be in a small town away from it all. Beds were great and king bed was a plus, kitchen was great with all the things you needed and more. Absolutely recommend to stay here for anyone at a great price.”

“Had a little bit of a problem finding it at first. Did not expect an apartment above a business. Clean facilities with all needed amenities. Apartment is on a loud and busy road, however, host did supply earplugs. Host very responsive to messages. Just wish futon was located in living room instead of in bedroom with other bed.”

“I loved everything about this place! Very clean, amazing amenities decorated very nicely. The only issue is with the neighbors across the street…which the VRBO owner has no control over, but as we arrived and were getting our luggage out of the car they let their 2 pit bulls out in the front yard. “We had a family meet up in Omaha. The property was a great fit for our family to stay and play. The layout was wonderful, great backyard space, quiet location, and easy access to everything we wanted to do. “Lindy was so thoughtful with all the little touches during our stay. We were celebrating 2 big birthdays and the size and layout of this house was just perfect! My husband is skeptical of home rentals but was so impressed with this one- especially the location! We played yard games outside and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. It was a wonderful weekend!!! “We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is older but it is nicely updated and very clean. I thought the beds were reasonably comfortable as well. The kitchen is modest but perfectly functional. The host was friendly and communicated very well, and the check out process was very streamlined. The only minor downside is that you and really only fit one car in the driveway, if you come with a group. Overall it was a very nice stay!”
