「Good place to stop along the way」

「The location was great. We could be hiking at Hocking Hills in 15 minutes or visiting one of the nearby towns in the same amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable; great mattresses. Our room was very humid (I think they recently shampooed the carpeting, and that was making the room damp). Breakfast was okay: better than a continental breakfast, but it could be better (bread pudding was an odd offering). The pool was quite small, but the water temperature...

「The hotel needs updating especially the bathroom. Our thermostat was not working in our room so we had to control the temperature from the unit itself. Did not feel real cold air coming out at all and left our room pretty damp. Location could be better but it was a nice stay and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful」

「Wow, the Blennerhassett Hotel is full of surprises. I booked for all the usual reasons - looked historical and charming, clean, good reviews. After check in (and they upgraded me which was nice), I had a question for the front desk and my heart melted when I saw a darling doggie friend looking back at me from behind the desk. Turns out the hotel partners with the local humane society, and has helped 200 dogs find new homes!!! They have a wall of adoptee photos across from the front desk and...
