"Excellent Location of the property, everything walkable distance, so many facilities , restaurants, supermarkets, fresh juice corners and Copacabana beach very close by, very lively location and safe. Very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was massive with so much variety, lovely food. Inside the rooms the tap was making very loud noise whenever we opened it in wash basin in the toilet to get water, that needs fixing otherwise all was very good. Very good hotel for the families and great value for money."

"SOOZ is a great hotel in a convenient location. The place is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Good wifi connection. Nice breakfast. The staff were very helpful dealing with several requests that I had. They were able to store my luggage on checkout day safely as well."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The doormen were always so helpful getting me in and out of the car, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was excellent, and the service there was consistently attentive and professional. I also have to give a special mention to the room service. It was spot on every single time — my orders were always accurate, delivered promptly, and the staff were so friendly, kind, and always arrived with a smile. That really stood out to me during my stay. The hotel and my room were very clean and beautifully maintained. I also had a gorgeous view of the beach, which made the stay feel even more special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept very well as far as the comfort of the room itself. The only downside was the outside noise. There was quite a bit of street noise, as well as noise coming from the military facility across the street. I realize this really isn’t the hotel’s fault and is simply part of the location, but it is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The kindness and professionalism of the staff, the excellent service, the food, the cleanliness, the beautiful beach view, and the comfort of the room made my stay very enjoyable. I would absolutely stay at the Fairmont again."
