"The room was clean. There was a green space for the dogs. Staff were friendly. The breakfast menu left in the room had a 6:00 opening which was inaccurate. I was there at 6:00 to order my breakfast. We had confirmation in writing from the hotel of our room on the main floor and one which was pet friendly. We were told we had a room with a hot tub and one which is not pet friendly. Thankfully someone cancelled and we got the room we asked for. We have not seen a reimbursement of money owed us as yet. The room was great. Nice to have a clock radio where you can see the time. Huge towels in the bathroom, a window to open, and a hand rail in the tub. There was NO WI-FI! We were told to go the the diningroom and use it there. The air conditioner was SO LOUD! We ordered our breakfast for takeout. Both of them were placed sideways in the bag. You can imagine what they looked liked when we opened the containers. The room was spacious and clean. "

"The staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast area seating is limited and choices include waffles, toasted bread, corn flakes. Area is nicely located on the route to White Sands and Cloudcroft. They also give you the sleds for free if you ask at the front desk. Overall satisfied with the experience."

"Lobby, hallways, stairwell/elevator, and outside grounds were dirty/unkept. Staff was nice. Food was mostly undesirable. The pillows were small and not comfortable. Police sirens went off throughout our 8 hour stay (late night and early morning). "

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and perfectly warm, so I didn’t need to adjust the temperature at all. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with some variety (I loved the waffles) and quality. Parking was also very convenient and easy to access. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience, I would definitely stay here again."
