“We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed……

“It wasn’t all bad but the place lacked comfort. The only comfortable chairs were on the deck. The futon in the main area was uncomfortable and worn, the beds were metal legs with a wood base with a mattress on it, very uncomfortable. The houseboats were parked right up next to each other and our bedroom was right by someone else’s deck. They were night owls and stayed up until at least 2 am talking. There were three loud a/c units on the houseboat that frequently cycled on and off and when the……

“it was honestly so cute and it gave fairytale . for what i paid and got a whole cottage thats furnished is honestly a great deal. i usually book hotels. But Staying here definitely was worth.”

“Not enough can be said about our stay at this place. It had everything we need for a 3 day mini vacation. It is near many restaurants groceries, and movie theaters. Plus many of the springs and parks are within under a 30 minute drive.”
