"The room was clean, but I was given the wrong room. I paid for a king and got a room with 2 full beds. The staff was no help and gave me 2 breakfast coupons like that would help. We were at the front desk for a half hour while they tried to fix my account anyways, since the guy who checked us in initially messed up. Parking is $65/day so we parked elsewhere and used rideshare to save the most money."

"This hotel is beautiful, close to the airport with shuttle service to and from Miami airport. Close enought to beaches short drive away. Don't forget to go to Bayside! Thank you Andy!! You were very heplful"

"The hotel was nice, but the beds were terrible. We couldn’t barely sleep. The TV never worked in the phone and the phone didn’t work and the Wi-Fi is trash."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando! 🌴☀️ The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there are so many great amenities to enjoy. The water park and pools were a lot of fun, and it was especially nice having everything we needed right at the resort. The location is also great for visiting Disney and other Orlando attractions. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a family vacation. We had a great time and would definitely come back again! ❤️🌴"

"Our check in was later in the evening. The staff checked us in quickly. We had a super early flight so this was very convenient. Our room was on the 10th floor and directly next door to a poor screaming baby that didn’t let up all night. I own the fact that I should have probably asked to see if we could have moved location but it was already so late. We didn’t use the pool or restaurants but they looked nice and everything was really clean. Shower pressure was a little ho-hum. For early flights, this hotel is a game changer."
