「At the arrival there was a condom wrapper on the steps. We opened the front door and the smell hit us. Flat looked uncleaned; bathroom had stains on the floor and walls. Cobwebs in every room, stains on the walls. Problem with drain in the shower and the smell was terrible. Sofa needs adjusting as the arm rest loose. Carpet dirty, fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Fridge smelt and had brown stains on the glass shelves. Not what I expected nor paid for.」

「What can I say about Frankie's Place other than that it is absolutely picture-perfect! It looks exactly like the photos on the site, if not even better when you see it in person.We only stayed for one night, as the property was already booked for the following night, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a wonderful place to relax.I would definitely recommend Frankie's Place to my family and friends, and we would certainly love to come back...
