“The night I arrived, this location had overbooked. Even though I prepaid for my room, they overbooked and did not have any vacancy. They did allow me to stay in a smaller room in the courtyard next door for no charge. They told us we could come back for breakfast the next day. They were training new staff and we stayed for about 30-45 min for breakfast in which they did not have the full hot breakfast ready by this point and the waffle maker was unavailable. This was a bummer for the kids. ……

“Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!”
