The hotel is cute and has a good vibe. Just a few minor things to note. My room had a couple of maintenance issues such as a sink that wouldn’t drain and the handle on the shower was falling off. Also, the duvet insert was dirty with makeup. I booked my room with Expedia key cash was charged for my room anyway. I checked out on Sunday and a manager was supposed to call on Monday to get the finacials worked out and I still haven’t heard from the hotel. Also, the breakfast in the hotel took two hours and my order was wrong. Cute hotel, poorly managed.

Our room did not have a seat in the roll in shower, even though it was an "accessible" room. The adjustable shower head and wand was placed at a height that would have been unreachable for someone seated in a wheelchair or short in stsature. These should have been placed at the lowest level for each new customer. The aisle between the bed and the desk and the corner chair are too narrow for avwalker or wheelchair to pass through easily or comfortably. A television channel guide would have been welcome.

Noone @ front desk when I left after check out. Wanted to ask why I didnt get voucher for breakfast when I mentioned where is breakfast served? Thankfully I was abke to show wait. Staff email of my stqy confirmation that showed bfast included in reservation. Worst thing was no regular coffee in restaurant.

This property is unique in so many ways and the ambiance is amazingly beautiful. It was breathtaking and I’m so glad I chose to stay at this property. Fantastic stay at the Trilogy hotel. Parked and walked everywhere all weekend. Lots of great food options around. Area is pretty safe. Hotel is clean and quiet. Has an on-site restaurant and a rooftop bar. Starbucks is Nextdoor. The room and the bathroom was beautiful.

The rooms were very small. The hotel also had a peculiar smell and kind of had a damp feeling. There is no parking lot only $30 valet service. Everything costs extra. The decor of the hotel was nice, my room was clean and the staff was efficient. I would not stay here again.

This is a really mice hotel. The loft concept is absolutely amazingand sets it apart from from the traditional hotels. The rooftop bar is also nice. The only this i did not like is the walls are not very well insulated, so o was able to hear everything in the room behind me. But other then that if your ok with noise this is a nice spot.

Very good except restaurant planning and slow serv

Quick check in. Everyone anxious to please. Had to wait to check out about 15 minutes as no one at deck. Valet came quickly and very polite. Only real negative was in the restaurant. Only 1 waiter had the entire room and he hustled. Didn’t know the soup of the day or the catch of the day. Had to check snd took 15 minutes. Ordered the pork chop( Best I have ever had and I love pork chops) with mashed potatoes and collared greens. Came back and said no greens were too salty. So settled for green beans. 20 minutes later bought macaroni and cheese . Told him I ordered green beans. Never got the green beans. My wife wanted the fried green tomatoes but told “we’re out of them”. How in the summer time? What we ate was excellent and I still tipped over 25% because the young man was trying so hard. Need more than 1 waiter!
