「The staff members at the breakfast area was very rude and unprofessional. They was complaining to the customers about not shutting the lids on the eggs and sausage. She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...

「From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel as though we didn’t belong. When we pulled up to check in, a valet attendant told us we couldn’t park in the front because they were expecting a "large group." We were forced to park near the exit—a bizarre way to treat paying hotel guests. Things only got worse when we went to grab a luggage cart. An attendant asked us if we were actually staying there. Why else would someone need a luggage cart? As we headed to our room, we were stopped again...

「First time I have ever checked in without being required to show my ID or give a credit card. Place was being renovated and looked fresh—looked like 1st and 3rd floors were done. Fire alarm went off three times within a couple of hours. Husband had to take stairs as they couldn’t get the elevator to work after the second fire alarm. As a retired firefighter, he wanted to see what was going on. He said the stairwell was full of doors which was probably why they didn’t want to call fire dept...

「Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )」

「Property was clean and pretty much as described. It was a little small but not uncomfortable or crowded feeling except when the sofa bed was made. It extended all the way to the table and chairs and there was no way to get from one part of room to other without crawling over the bed. The sofa bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The upstairs bed and area was much better」

「Great location right on the beach. Quiet and comfortable. The unit sleeps 6 but was quite small. It was perfect for the two of us. A few problems with some minor cleaning issues-dirty plate with food on it had been left in the microwave. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and some dirty silverware in the drawer. Our room was refreshed each day with clean towels and bed was made.」
