Stumbled across this place through searching for somewhere to stay in Agadir for a couple of days, and decided to take the risk to go outside of the city instead of staying closer to the beach/airport, which had been my original intention. Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed.
