「Great apartments. Loads of space and really well equipped. Being over 60 we struggled a bit initially with the online registration process, but fortunately there was someone on hand at reception to guide us. Welcome pack with water and milk was a nice touch. try and ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the main road is quite noisy at the front from early morning.」

We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc).
