“The facility was nice, and well kept. The phone (concierge staff) was promptly responsive and knowledgeable. They assisted us navigate the smart TV (which was uber complex). They helped get us housekeeping, one day (which isn't a daily thing there) but when we needed it, fresh towels and bed sheets, they promptly respond; the Zen staff was friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this place for all who would be in the neighborhood.”

“I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. “A beautiful cozy little piece of heaven. Getting to wake up to the birds singing, water bouncing into the pond, while being surrounded by a garden of green damn near out of a movie . Check in was extremely quick and easy. Thank you for having us and definitely recommend to anyone tryin to get away and rejuvenate the mind !”

“WiFi didn’t work the whole time and nobody seemed interested. Mattress was old and uncomfortable. Both showers were either very hot or very cold with no way to mix. Bathtubs leaked through the drain so ere basically non-functional. On the positive side the unit was clean when we got there. Nice proximity to the lake.”
