"Clean Room. Staff was wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating. Biggest downside was that we needed to change from a King Room to 2 Queen Beds after our first night based on the proximity of the King Bed to the Heat/A/C Unit being directly next to one side of the bed, causing too much noise and heat. Also, overall layout of King room seemed very awkward with TV directly across from King bed way too close and Love Seat having lots of space in front of it with a view of the back of whoever was sitting at the desk. Queen Room was much better and in better condition. "

"Staff was great, room was clean and very comfortable. I was upgraded to a room with a fireplace in front of the bed, which was very nice. Bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable, which is the most important thing in my opinion. This is my second time staying at this property and I will be back for sure. When I come up to visit my two kids at BSU, no need for me to look anywhere else. Location, price, and value is spot on for my needs! Excellent burger down in the steakhouse too!"
