This is a quaint property on the outskirts of victor. We arrived late in the evening so the door code check in was great. Room was large enough to accommodate the three of us comfortably and had a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed our stay.

There were only two (very flat) pillows in the room. There was no one in the front office after 3pm. The fan in the bathroom was broken, and the property was aesthetically unappealing. Other than that it was decent.

No onsite staff for check-ins. Hard to get a hold of them, don't answer emails or texts. Phone calls are 50/50 if they answer or not. We had no major issues, but others who were checking in at the same time did.

No manager on site. No hangers, no ironing board, toiletries were hard to get from containers. Service Room had an Orkin pest treatment sign "rat infestation" do not enter. No ice machine, or food vending. Highly over priced.

There was never anyone available the entire time of our stay. Rat infestation. Blood stained pillow case. Rotted wood in bathroom sink Stuck right in the middle of a work field. Highly overpriced

Never saw anyone at the front desk, but they were great about texting the information about the room, check in and out. The rooms were clean. Great central location to drive to all the sites

It was nice to find an affordable room with a kitchen near Jackson Hole. There wasn’t much to do or see in Victor itself, but the room was good: a studio with a comfortable king bed and a kitchen (including full-sized stove, oven, microwave, and fridge). The check-in was done via text, with a code for the door, so it was completely contactless. Definitely a motel and nothing fancy, but it worked for us!

I had very bad experience with service of this motel. Starting with broken toilet seat. Dirty comforter with stains on it. Asked them to service my room multiple times and they didnt do it, had to use same towels for 4 days and sleep in dirty sheets. Their customer service barely replies and i didnt see any staff on the property. Once they messaged me towels are in office and there were none. I visited multiple times. I would not stay here in the future.

The self check-in was great. The room was extremely clean. The stay was.charhed to the wrong card and I couldn't get anyone to change it.

AC did not work during our stay. They did not check on it. Prior guests has it running at 60 degrees and it was iced up.
