  • Welcome to SOUTHERN LIVING at Hall Station Foothills. Main floor newly renovated. A luxury country equestrian style estate in a beautiful private setting & picturesque mountain views. Easy travel to metro areas, Rome, Cartersville, Acworth Atlanta and Tennessee. Only minutes away from Kingston Downs, Barnsley Resort, Beretta Shooting Grounds, Magnolia Creek Farms, Sage Cottage, Lake Point Park, Berry college, lots of wedding venues and much more.
    Enjoy nights on the front porch with mountain views or relax out back by the fire.

This is the perfect space for large gatherings. We celebrated thanksgiving with a number of friends and their children. The grounds at beautiful and the perfect space for children to run around. The inside was spacious with ample room to spread out. We would stay here again!

Perfect house for our son’s wedding weekend at Magnolia Creek Farms! Beautifully decorated, clean and more than enough space for 7 adults. Loved the location close to Barnsley Resort as we had several events there too. Highly recommend renting for an occasion you have in that area.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Their were places to shop and restaurants not very far from the house. It was well decorated and offered a great place for our sister trip.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. We travel a lot & this home was beyond beautiful! We were in town for a wedding at the Barnsley Resort. The drive there was very short & convenient. Super clean, super friendly host, & amazing views. 10/10 wonderful stay!
