"Our phone in our room did not work, we told 3 different staff members but they did not seem to care. Not a huge deal, but we were wanting to order room service and we did not have the QR code in our room like they said we would. When asked if they have the QR code they said they don't have an extra one. Because our phone didn't work we had to go down every time we had a questions, like just wanting utensils. "

"We are becoming regulars here. Love the hotel. The staff are always so helpful and nice. We love the gym and sauna. "

"Good grocery shopping and cheap eats nearby. Easy to access all we needed. Hotel a little shabby and a maze in regards to finding rooms.but overall good value and location."

"Hotel was conveniently located in relation to the airport .Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful Rooms very clean and the bed was fantastic best mattress in a hotel by far not to mention the pillow were great also Cons : There is no more continental breakfast they have opened restaurant so don't include in booking room We will be staying again on our return trip "

"The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also."

"Great location. Attached to the Path, do you can get to so many places from there without going outside. More plain than the other Fairmonts in the old Canadian Pacific line, but still a good hotel."
