“Check in and out was so easy with friendly staff. The room was perfect for our stay with a kitchen table, fridge & coffee maker - comfy size for all. Walkable to and from town and parking was a cinch. We'll definitely be back!”

“The room was clean, beds comfortable, and staff friendly. The hotel is charming, and you couldn't ask for a better location -especially since we were seeing a performance at OCT, just a block away. We did breakfast, and while it was worth the $5 price tag, don't expect to be wowed. Pick up some coffee, toast and fruit and plan on brunch somewhere later.”

“Abigail's is a lovely B & B and the hosts are quite accommodating. We felt very welcome in their home and were provided several amenities including a blanket and seat cushions for the play we attended in the outdoor Elizabethan Theatre. ”

“The Help Desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and with answering questions about “missing” knife from knife set and instructions for TV. The room was clean overall with new utensils for the kitchen and blackout curtains. However, the lack of sufficient indoor lighting made the place feel like a cave even on sunny days. One concern was the number of flying insects hidden in the front curtains and one on one of the beds. When we killed it, it seemed bloated with what looked like……

“I made a mistake and did not reserve the type of room we usually get and the staff upgraded me for free. We frequently stay at Bards for the convenience of walking around down town and around Lithia Park. Great location!”

“The floor wasn't swept from previous guests, cheap power strips hanging from outlets, Keurig was broke and soap dispensers barely eked out any soap. On the positive, easy parking, comfy enough beds, clean towels, good hot water pressure and cheap.”

“The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.”
