Southern Piedmont Alps Guest Houses

Gelitin, a group of artists from Vienna, has erected a pink bunny measuring 200 feet in length (about 60 metres) on the side of a northern Italian mountain.

The artwork, titled "Hase" (which translates simply as "Hare"), is located at a height of 1600m on the mountain Colletto Fava where there is a ski resort. This is near the village of Artesina, Piemonte, Italy.

"A Little complicated check in and parking instructions due to hillside location and narrow roads but the staff was responsive very patient and helpful. All of that aside the most expansive beautiful view of the Mediterranean is the reward of staying at this wonderful place. "This was a great choice for our too-brief stopover in Cuneo, en route to Ferrovia delle Meraviglie; Cuneo to Ventimiglia, next morning. We arrived by train at 10.36 pm & Hotel Victoria is an easy, quick, flat stroll from the station. Very comfortable mattress, not super hard like most we had in Italy, we slept very well, yay! Excellent bathroom & shower. Breakfast was also very good, with excellent coffee, savoury, sweet & in-between options. Reception staff efficient & friendly."

"What a gem of a hotel! Location is in the middle of the city square and central to the city. Facilities and staff were outstanding. Staff went out of their way to assist you and make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was substantial and had a wide variety of food. Parking was simple as they have a garage in which they will park your car. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I am in the area!"
