“We spent a whole week here, and these cottages are located in an ideal place to explore Golden circle and southern Iceland along ring road. Only 45 minutes from downtown Reykavik we were able to connect with some tours via bus a couple of days and self drive the rest. There seems to be some issue with water pressure at times but water was clean and cold when you wanted, hot when needed. Having the hot tub was delightful but needed some adjusting by the owners to make it hot enough. Kitchenette……

“We had a wonderful stay at Kerengi cottage! It was very clean, beautiful scenery and a great central location to many places we visited in Iceland. Our host was amazing, so helpful and accommodated us asking to check in early. We had access to laundry, dishwasher, stove, all amenities. The bed and pull out couch were comfortable and clean as well. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Iceland!”

“This was a family friendly stay in a great location near a popular waterfall with access to the south coast attractions. The cottage was well equipped for a family of 4 with a kitchen and nice linens and great blackout shades. There were no instructions for the TV or washer so we struggled with those. The communion could have been better- we didn’t receive the check in email prior to arriving and the check in time says it closed at 4 pm in English on Expedia, but the welcome email actually……

“Everything was awesome at the place… great for 2 small families. Small house fit 2 people well and has bathroom and sauna. Big house comfortably fit our 5 people but could have been 6 w/a shared bed. We had everything we needed plus nice whirlpool and great view of the midnight sun. Host (Jon) was awesome and helped us plan ahead on what we needed as well as being available while staying in Iceland! I had lots of questions and he assisted with all! Great view, nice location so we could go in……
