“There are hairs and spider webs at the corner. The share kitchen is a bit messy with the utensils (but I guess this is more like the problem of guests).
There is a bit distance to the closet restaurant and groceries (20 mins to Vik), but it is also close to Reynisfjara and Dyrholaey, so all depend on your schedule and route,”

“Clean rooms, comfortable space. Breakfast was lovely, and the hot tea and coffee (and a cookie) available all day was a nice treat. It would have been nice if there was conditioner in the bathrooms, but overall it was a nice place to stay on a beautiful river.”

“Just wow!!! The view and how the owners managed to build such a tiny cabin (as per the description) while using every inch of the cabin to make it useful and easy to use! Great job and we wish we stayed more than one night!”

“This is an absolutely gorgeous property: the home and the surrounding areas. The hosts were extremely lovely- they left us treats, had a bread mix prepared for us to bake in the morning (delicious!) and were communicative. It was very peaceful to be near the river on a quiet road. We loved our time here and were sad to leave. Highly recommend!”

“This beautiful home was the perfect base for our family’s adventures. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub after long days of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us!”
