“都不錯，但是行李拉至房間有一段距離，至少需要5分鐘，遇到了下雨更困難，且一路上許多都是石頭的路太麻煩了！而且離日內瓦的路都是小路居多，距離不遠，但開起來至少40到50分分鐘！”

There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we……

10/10 优秀
"I love the vibes of this hotel. The decoration of the hotel and the room is stylish and adorable. I could see that all of the amenities are designed exquisitely, such as the lovely basket for the spa. Most importantly, it’s absolutely a visual and physical enjoyment for soaking in the outside pool which facing the magnificent Matterhorn. It’s really an unforgettable experience here."
