"We arrived after dark by taxi from the airport. Taxi drivers at the airport knew where the hotel was. The external surroundings of the hotel are not very inviting. It is in the middle of an industrial area, behind a petrol station. To get to the hotel we went through a bar and a disco. We were the only non-Africans in the place. "Do NOT book this hotel online. They claim they are being scammed by Hotels.com and do not accept your booking. They make you pay again (cash). "

"For starters they used a different picture for the hotel front. The actual hotel is located in a different location from the map on Expedia. The room was full of roaches. It was my first time in Nairobi Kenya and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had with Expedia hotels. I want a refund."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had booked this property to stay near the airport and tried to get into contact about late checkin (my flight arrived at 2AM). After multiple multiple attempts, no one responded. I was not able to get into the hotel. They took my money and then left me stranded. I had to rebook another hotel last minute and I was not given a refund on this place"
