Southland Mall

Room was pretty clean, the place is becoming a bit dated. Breakfast options are good. We didn’t appreciate that we had no shampoo or kleenex in our room. ..Stay was okay

The first “ accessible” room I was assigned was far from accessible. There was no room for a wheelchair or mobility aid and the bathtub was completely unusable despite their claim that it was equipped with bars. Indeed it was equipped with lots of handrails but a bar to lift one’s leg high over the bathtub edge ( far higher than just a normal tub) was not at all helpful. They moved me to another room with a walk in shower that was much better but the bed was so high it too would have been unusable by someone who couldn’t climb up!

Clean room, friendly staff, room was large and well equipped! Appreciated the house coat!
