“I was in town for the week for work. The house was a perfect environment. Relaxing hot tub, quiet neighborhood, and easy to get to everything, without being crowded like everywhere on 30A. Shawn was very committed to making sure that everything was easy and comfortable, from the easy check in, to the clean comfortable house, and always willing to help, but thankfully everything was ready, and didn't need anything. “Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good.”
