「An exceptional spot to stay if downtown Southport is on your list of places to visit and you wanna walk to everything. The unit is as described. It is a second floor with steps. That would be my only concern if steps were a problem. The balcony was fabulous. It had a small gas fire pit, which set the mood and provided a little warmth.
