Perched on a 50-foot cliff with breathtaking views of the harbor, Mouse Island, and Burnt Island, Osprey Perch is a spacious family cottage that comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, it’s the perfect place for large gatherings or family getaways.

Enjoy the beauty of the coast from the large screened-in porch, where you can relax, watch boating activity, and take in the peaceful waterfront scenery. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a dining table with panoramic views, and a well-equipped kitchen with an additional dining area.
