“I was traveling for a family gathering and drove 4 hours. I was hoping to check in an hour earlier and was told told I have to pay extra. When I asked for a room same floor as my family , I was told the room will be ready in 30minutes then became 1 hour. Even after 1 hour, it was not ready. The most frustrating experience was no one would update you with any information until you come and ask despite sitting close to the front desk. I ended up getting a room at a different floor because I got……

“Everyone here is absolutely amazing. They welcome you with such wonderful attitude. the breakfast selection is awesome. the rooms are clean and so comfortable.”

“The only thing that was clean were the sheets. Looks like they just took over the building last week and only replaced the sheets and pillows. All the common places and dingy and need repairs and upgrades. Hallways smell of mildew. So do the shower curtains.”

“Our stay was amazing and close to family. The room was quiet and all amenities were all available to us. The breakfast was filled with great choices. Definitely will make this our preferred hotel.”
