“Really nice place, but they ought to put a little money into a couch/sofa bed that doesn’t look and feel like it came from the 1950’s. That said, our only complaint. The bed was very comfy.”

“We came to Kodiak to complete our 50th and final stop to visit the oldest pub in every state. We were so pleasantly surprised with our VRBO! The back deck has amazing scenic views with many bald eagle and sea lion sightings. The house has a separate floor with bedroom and bath which was perfect for two couples. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. The place had everything we needed to cook our meals, play games at the large dining table, and sit by the windows enjoying the views. It……

Very stable and well maintained, but we has two people in our party in their 60s, and we did not have a car. The hill was a challenge. If you have a car, or are younger, it is not a problem at all. Beautiful view from the house too.”
