“I liked the hotel and everything was very clean. I was excited they were pet friendly but ai did not like that the website did not say anything about a FEE for having a pet and then having to be charged an extra $75.”

“MY stay at the Hyatt House was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Even though I was on the first floor facing the entrance, the room was quiet inside. I di not hear a lot of outside noise. The pool was great and ample seating and lounge chairs.”

“Pool/gulf view is a must. Very nice, but pricey. Sliding glass door very, very hard to move. Shower water temp was way to hot, and could not be cooled with the regulating handle. We did not ask for a handicap accessible shower/bath, but got one. Did note care for the old tile floor, which looked dirty. The beach is really nice, with reasonable fees. Not overcrowded. The pool/gulf view overshadows most small issues.”

“The staff is exceptionally attentive and kind! They were so good to my kids as well. I needed some sun tan lotion and was going to purchase a bottle but the towel attendant offered a basically un-used bottle they had found and wasn’t being used instead of me having to buy some. This is one of our favorite resorts and will definitely be back! ”
