Unfortunately, it’s just getting old. The strong odor of whatever cleaner or anything they’re diffusing is too strong in the lobby. They charge extra for parking that we didn’t know about till we got there. The staff was wonderful and it was clean enough just not worth the price anymore.

Terrible experience!! The clerk gave our room away to other customer. The clerk NEVER apologized and NEVER made any eye contact with me. I am sure to let everyone I know that travels not to stay at this hotel !!
