“It was comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Due to construction in the area, it was inconvenient to access. One bad experience was a band that was practicing in the adjoining room at 9 pm, so we couldn't sleep. After filing complaint with the front desk, she called the room. When that didn't work, after a second complaint, she came up to the room to talk to them in person. The noise then stopped. Overall experience was okay.”

“The staff at this BW was amazing!! They were short staffed when we came to visit for my graduation, however, you would NEVER know it. They were all so helpful. The building was very clean, room was comfortable, and staff was so kind. :)”
