“The room was cold, but the bathroom was even colder because the heater was not hot and the quilts were thin. The room was very dim and depressing”

“Amazing space in the room. However the shower was grungy looking—needs a good scrub. There was a lot of traffic noise. Walls and ceiling could use some soundproofing. This was my first stay in a Home2 Suites and at first I was super impressed with the storage and counter space! Nice enough stay but the noise was definitely an issue ”

“All the flower beds had weeds, the pool was closed trash like pallets, chairs and tables tossed around. Very poor ground maintance.tables out side the elevators had a lot of dust. The elevators sound like there are going to break down any minute. All the staff where very nice and helpful”

“Main annoyances. Took 20 minutes waiting for the desk clerk to finish with person before us and get to us. Told me price was about $11 more than I paid on Expedia. I asked why and he said because of tax. I showed confirmation email showing I paid $13.16 in tax already. Then he said because it was a “late night check—in (because it was after 11 due to long wait) it would come out to actually be three dollars less than what I paid. Then he told me, “There shouldn’t be any problems with your room.”……

“The breakfast was good, and it was my first time in Oklahoma. The environment was clean, and the staff was very friendly and excellent customer service. ”

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was absolutely wonderful. from the front desk to the breakfast girls. And a big shout out to Carol who was so helpful to someone who didn't know the area. She made it so simple to navigate around town. She even helped me get my brother into the car while I put his walker in the trunk. Once again thank you Carol.”
