「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「Just as advertised」

「The front desk staff were very helpful. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was delicious with many options.」

「Started out with staff being stressed but all worked out. Room was in clean, excellent shape. Best of all was the fresh made breakfast eggs. Also a very good selection of choices with actual dishes, silverware, coffee cups and juice glasses. Morning staff was very helpful when we departed she was able to get us past an on going Halloween prade which was greatly appreciated.」

「Toilet ran all night and hot water was only warm.」

「The room was cold, but the bathroom was even colder because the heater was not hot and the quilts were thin. The room was very dim and depressing」

「Stayed on the third floor and every evening there was an overwhelming smell of food cooking. It would fill my room. Not what I want my hotel room to smell like. Tub was stained and door didn't close properly in the bathroom.」
