“This motel was clean. There are two levels with no elevator. This was difficult with my elderly mother. The outdoor fire was not working and our bathtub lever was broken. These were reported to the staff. They seemed receptive. The breakfast was basic. Walking distance of an excellent coffeehouse called Realfine. I would also recommend West Side of Chicago pizza that is two blocks away. Neighborhood seemed safe.”

“Our stay of 8 days was great. Easy check in process & the location was great! It was close by to a lot of attractions & food spots. “What a phenomenal place to stay! We wished we could’ve stayed longer! We enjoyed the bomb shelter the first night, having snacks, listening to records, and just chatting and laughing. “Stayed here while helping our son move into Seattle for a summer job. The stay started with the guy in the upper unit already moved into our unit. That was a BIT of a surprise. Texted the owner but got a reply several hours later after we had worked it out on our own. Dryer vent popped off the dryer while drying some clothes. Nice set of knives but no cutting boards?? Felt like the unit was not quite ready for guests. Not on my list of places to return. Nice location and parking.”
