“This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. ”

“Check in started out smooth. I was able to receive my check in code early which was a huge help for someone who flew all day and was rolling around luggage until I could get in. However, I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet. Dirty bed, dishes in the sink… it was clear it hadn’t been reset after the last guest. I spent an hour waiting on hold with support in order to move me to a new room. They bumped me up to a 2br but that did me no good since I was a solo traveler. I’d rather have……

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something……

“The Morrison Getaway house was great! Spacious living area and bedrooms with full kitchen. Very family friendly. It had all the comforts of home. It was perfect for us to visit our son, daughter-in-law and new granddaughter in nearby Littleton. It is also very conveniently located with easy access to Highway 470. The host was very responsive as we prepared for our stay and during our stay (although we didn't need anything additional during our stay). We will definitely be back!!”
