「We had no towels in the room or amenities when we got in the room. There was no one to help. The next day I went to the front desk to get the towels and amenities along with another key because our key quit working. And the lady at the desk got all upset like we were bothering her for these items. Terrible service」

「Enormous room with space for a large dresser, larger closet, open side room with space for the usual appliances, table and 2 chairs, PLUS a small sofa. Bathroom was brand new with a custom tiled 2 person step in shower, new stool, vanity and sink. AC was quiet and efficient. King size bed comfortable, lots of bedding. 「Over the years, we have stayed here twice. Since we last stayed, the rooms have been nicely improved. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was quite nice and very clean. The room had a coffee maker, microwave, flat screen tv and a very nice fridge with a freezer section. The breakfast met our needs with fresh fruit, yogurt, and coffee. There was also a decent cheese, sausage biscuit and pancakes available. Walmart and McDonalds are within easy walking distance. Initially...

「Arrived to see manager and customer yelling at each other. Lobby was very dirty and not inviting. We ran as fast as we could away from this hotel! Lost ~$70 and had to drive to another town, but there was no way I was going to spend the night in this place.」
