“My family member and I stayed here as we needed to be at the UW Medical Center bright and early. We both loved the home. It is bright, well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. We both felt very at home here. It has all the amenities and odds/ends needed to have a comfortable, easy stay. The neighborhood is really quiet - easy to sleep and relax. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle - I'll definitely be back myself.”

“Great price for 4 people that need to stay near the airport or cruise terminal. IHOP restaurant within 15 minutes, then easy drive to the cruise terminal. Only concern was no couch or chairs adjacent to the TV. Exceptionally clean downstairs, no issues at all. Would return again.”

“The description "Modern, Cozy" is exactly right. The space is very warm and welcoming and, although very small, it is highly functional. I was there with my adult daughter and grandson (9) for my daughter's graduation from Bastyr. The hosts very thoughtfully created this apartment and didn't leave anything out. It worked very well for the 3 of us. Both beds were very comfortable (the sofa bed has a topper that makes all the difference) and the kitchen area worked just fine for our 5 night stay.……

The unit itself is stocked full of everyday comforts from great laundry and soap to speedy wifi and streaming services to a kitchen fully stocked from condiments and pans to fresh great coffee included. The best part is owner host Tom and his family who are very welcoming and very helpful. Tom is a born host, and gives you all the privacy you want but is at the ready to help where needed. “It was a nice, clean and quiet place walking distance to Green Lake, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The only thing was there was no parking dedicated so we had to park on the street which was sometimes inconvenient, as it was not easy to find. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.”
