Our family absolutely loved it, loved the old house, loved the decorations, and particularly loved the fact that it seemed as though there were secret rooms and areas which my kids adored. 「Beautiful villa Kitchen was amazing but would have benefited from some essential utensils such as scissors, whisk, garlic press, steak knives. The on site lady was extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to ask for a few things but she sorted straight away. A leaf blower would have been a good idea as the patios were very untidy with leaves and debris. 」

「Very welcoming host who was always available for help or advice if needed, but left us to enjoy the property by ourselves. The kitchen is really well supplied! Several reviews mention this, and it’s true. Also plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery which isn’t always the case. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Locally, we probably weren’t very adventurous with restaurants etc, but we did use the excellent nearby tram service into Orléans. It’s affordable and runs every 20 mins....
