Het pand is wat ouder, waardoor er een licht muffe geur hangt, maar alles was keurig schoon en netjes onderhouden. De woonkamer is voorzien van een 2,5-zitsbank, een fauteuil, wifi, salontafels en een kledingkast. Aansluitend vind je een open keuken met een eettafel voor vier personen.
