“Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to St-Sauveur downtown and factory outlet malls; next to IGA grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The property is located right on a hiking, biking and skiing trail - the Aerobic Corridor. The hotel is set along a small river, surrounded by forest and lush landscape. Beautiful nature! Would definitely come back again.”

“Check-in was relatively quick and simple. Plates and kitchen cutleries were dirty and in bad shape to use. Decent room space ”

“We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.”

“The pool and spa were over chlorinated. Most of the jets didn't work. I had escargot gratinee at the restaurant. It was terrible. Oily and the cheese was extremely low quality. I mentioned it to the waitress but nothing was done to remedy the situation. The main course was shrimp and two were not fresh and the rest were severely overcooked. For 100$, i was expecting a 5 star meal.”

“In our room, there is nothing plugged in. It was all in a bit of disarray. The pool was good except the next morning they turned off the waterslides.”

“The first room I had there were ants crawling all over the walls everywhere. The whirlpool tub didn't work also. So my first night was not pleasant at all...the next day I went to the administration and they changed my room for a bigger room right next door...no ants and the jet tub worked. I was actually happy the tub didn't work as my room was changed on this account but the ants was not a spring time issue there's a nest under the patio door as that was the location they were entering from.……

“Great location for our ski trip. Room had plenty of space to store our winter gear. Although the property looks dated, our room was renovated with new furniture. Good value for the money. ”

“Staff friendly and helpful. Hot tub and indoor pool nice to have. Our only question was why the duvet had no cover on, but was just put between 2 sheets....? Or maybe this was just our room? Anyway, other than that, it was nice, and I'd go again. ”

“Chambre propre, personnel courtois et serviable, déjeuner continental très bon dans une salle lumineuse et agréable, accès aux pistes de ski de fond à côté du bâtiment, débarcadère face à la porte d’entrée avec une douzaine de marches et grand stationnement tout près ”

“Grande chambre avec cuisinette, canapé, nouveau plancher et salle de bain. Le matelas était confortable, avec une vue sur les montagnes. Emplacement pratique, proche de tout. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour séjourner!!!”
