"I loved the space and layout of the room, perfect space in the kitchen and dinning area for any and all activities honestly, cooking, work, or just having your clutter there. Though we had a mold problem in the hotel and started sneezing uncontrollably on day 2, mold in the vents, ac unit, shower, and windows. We had a kitchenette which had the basics for what we needed, but had a broken dish washer that spewed out water after every use leaving the floors with a huge puddle to clean up. I put the washer on heavy and kept cooking, and out of nowhere my socks were soaked and water was streaming out from the bottom of the machine. The wood and floor had mold and was rotting due to the issue being there for a while I guess. I called for someone to look at it but that's all. We just delt with a moldy room and malfunctioning equipment for a week. All in all the staff were great, and helpful and checking in was a breeze. Even when I asked for extra towels and a broom they were quick and friendly. I feel like the locationband service is 5 star, but the upkeep of the room we were at was terrible and I do feel like we 100% didn't get our bang for our buck."

"If Floyd is at the front desk…runaway. Cancel!!! We traveled with the 11u travel baseball team and stayed here for 3 nights. Saturday, our team and parents hung in lobby, ordered pizza and had a blast. Front desk was very helpful and of course behavior was on point. Sunday night…3 couples were in lobby chatting away with a couple drinks and in comes Floyd. He clapped his hands at us so loud like 5 times and told us to shut up and go to our rooms. So disrespectful. Words were exchanged, cops were called and everything was fine. Unfortunately, the manager at the time left without speaking to us. Oh well. Sad holiday inn employs people that do not respect their clients. Rest of staff was amazing. "

"Smart hotel, clean room. Great location for a stopover visit to NASA. There are also a few places to eat in walking distance too."

"Great stay and the check in clerk was awesome. Very respectful and kind. Room was a hotel room lol. But clean and good to go. Only draw back on the room is the pillows. Seems you get half the pillow size now! But you get 3 so... still will work. The other draw back is the comp breakfast.... i dont think you can call it that with 2 yougurts and some granola. Was bummed there but they also have room service (like door dash but only a 1.50 charge for delivery) and its basically a Dennys. Would for sure stay again."

"Parking and check in was easy. The beds were wonderful and we also enjoyed the pool. Daniel was very helpful!! When I needed to extend our stay, get supplies, or any of my many requests, he responded professionally and quickly. Housekeeping was also very accommodating. Thank you. "
