“This hotel was better than most hotels on hotels com in this particular price range. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. One person in our party had an issue when checking in; this employee (I wish I had her name) took care of the problem easily and with a friendly attitude. The room & hotel in general was very clean. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home. Every staff person we encountered (house keeping, breakfast person, etc) was very pleasant and……

“everything was great except the beds. they were too hard and uncomfortable. that was the only bad comment from the entire party of 12 who stayed in both sides of the condo. we would stay again in June for a wedding but i just dont think i can take that hard bed. My back is still hurting. Everything else was perfect and we have family in north lubbock so we could use it often but... probably wont. thanks it did work great this time for the funeral”
