“The property was in perfect location so close to the beach restaurants thay yoi dont need car we love it, the bedroom super clean kitchen we didnt use but need a little update but people there and cleaning is perfect! Definitely recommended and I will return ”

“Good location, about 5 mins walk from Nanny Cay entrance, but takes about 12 minutes to walk to the beach. Good amenities including air con in bedrooms, plenty of towels, good shower. Host Nelle and her sister were very friendly, good communication and happy to help. A nice place to have a base in BVI spring regatta”

“The condo is spacious, with a full living room and dining room. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. It was clean and well situated for exploring the island. It is right across from the ferry and near restaurants. We were able to store our luggage in the office before check in so it wasn’t left in our car.”

“Very clean! Updated cozy little apartment with everything you need. The outside patio was better than photos. If there were any downsides it might be that we found we had to keep the doors closed to keep the moisture out. But of course this is the trade off for staying on the water! All in all a great stay (especially for a surfer because it was a 2 min walk to the best wave in Tortola!)”

“We were pleased to see that this place really is everything we hoped it would be. The house was well cared for prior to our arrival. Checking in was super easy and the owners are really down to earth, nice people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We had a wonderful time here. We will stay here again for sure.”

“The three unit building was surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and very private. The apartments are large multi-level spaces. Everything you need is provided. The owners/staff were super friendly and helpful. Plan to rent a car. You can easily walk to stores & restaurants in Spanish Town, but to get to all the spectacular beaches on the island will require a car/jeep.”

The property was beyond lovely and spotless, the pool was a treasure after a day at the beach which is very close. Look no further!”

“The screen door to the balcony needs to be replaced It doesn’t work properly and allowed small bugs to get in. The door lock to the apartment was broken so we couldn’t lock it. Not much hot water for showering. We managed but had to wait between showers. We were able to manage ok and it was in our budget so considering we were only there to sleep, it was fine. If you’re expecting luxury you’re not getting it here but if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, it’s fine. We spent each day……

“We had a group of 10 adults that stayed at this villa in February 2024. The villa was clean and just a little dated. Chico and his wife were so easy to deal with and very helpful throughout our 10 day stay. The road to the villa was a bit hard to find and we probably should have rented 4x4 vehicles instead of vans. The beach area was lacking due to the trash, broken glass, cows, and goats everywhere. However, we were able to take a very short drive to a beach where we had a picnic and soaked up……
