"Excellent breakfast menu. Ran out of seats during peak times. A seating manager would correct this. (2 people and their coats at a table for 4, etc) Inform guests that repeating your elevator call, just puts you at the end of another Queue. "

"The location and price are fantastic. The rooms were fine. No coffee maker or mini fridge. The only ice machine is on the first floor. We would stay again for sure."

"This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Times Square and is a great base to travel to different areas of New York with loads of metro connections. But that also means it is not the quietest one as there is always something going on outside. The rooms are pretty spacious, the Wi-Fi works fast and there is lovely, helpful staff at the front desk. We had an issue with the room on the first night (loud pipes) which then was sorted the next day by lovely Kezia. She was very apologetic and was absolute star and offered to move us to a different room. Since then we had absolutely no problems. She also kindly put small extras in our room which made our stay that much lovely."

"The room was clean, best water pressure in the shower & type of shower heads you could ever want, and bed was comfortable- those were the highlights. I reserved one star because I could hear the buddy next door snoring and the room temp was too hot- couldn’t figure out my thermomostat."
