“Great space, great area, and so thankful this was pet friendly. The park down the road had a walking path that was perfect for our dogs to get out and exercise. Definitely hoping we will be welcomed back!”

“We had a lovely experience staying at Country Pines! The host was responsive to messages prior to our visit and the house was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed playing the many games they had and watching a family movie on the smart TV. My husband especially loved the close location to great trout fishing, which was the main reason for our trip. Beautiful setting, clean home with plenty of thoughtful touches including water bottles in the fridge, K Cups of coffee, soaps on the bathroom and……

“You can't beat the peaceful location of this rental. From the babbling brook beside the house to the rolling hills surrounding the valley this place is postcard perfect. The house was very clean and all basic amenities are supplied. The fire pit complete with cut wood was an added bonus. We spend several days fly fishing for trout, and although are success was limited, it was an experience worth taking. 5*s, would stay again.”

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. This property was also being booked through a vacation rental company (Evolve), which is also not disclosed until after you book. The owner of this property……

“Joan and Jerry have set the gold standard for a well-appointed home and excellent hospitality! We have stayed at a few home rentals in the past, and all were good, but this home was far beyond any of them. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were perfect for 7 adults and 2 small children. The home is well-maintained, and the property is beautiful. I would recommend this property without hesitation.”
