“The space was amazing. Private and easy to walk to any downtown locations”

“No food service after 10p. After returning from a concert it would have been nice to go into one of the many open bars and have an appetizer. Instead we had to order door dash pizza. ”

“The staff were great but the room and other areas not so great. Obviously minimal staff and low season. Looks like it’s set up to cater to a lot of people but not much attention to detail when not enough people are there. Beds were great ”

“Room was clean and the city view was fantastic! Close to restaurants and perfect for anyone going to an Event at VanAndel Arena. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good! ”

“The hotel was quite reasonable. Great location for our purposes however just a touch noisy thanks to the interstate beside the building. It didn’t cause us any lost sleep however. Good pillows, comfortable mattress and a spacious room, all what we expect in a hotel. The only downside was the rather lacklustre breakfast (coffee was surprisingly decent!) but when it’s complimentary one can’t really complain too much. All in all it is definitely a hotel I would choose again!”

“Happy hour was nice and the outdoor deck area was very nice. Our balcony overlooking the river was very nice. The breakfast was great. The pool area is cool. We wished there were more restaurants that are walkable. ”

“I only stayed one night, but everything I needed was at my fingertips. The room was clean and lovely. The bathroom was up to date, clean, and well supplied. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff was awesome. Very convenient to have the restaurant right at the hotel, we paid extra to have breakfast included and it did not disappoint! We even got a voucher for a free kids meal with dinner. Hotel was very clean, pool was nice (just a little chilly!) beds comfortable. Will definitely stay again! ”

“I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). I would stay there again. ”

“Another 5 star stay. The staff are A plus. Always professional and there for your needs. Very clean and beautiful property. The only thing I can complain about, is that there needs to be a sign showing turn to property. ”

“Bathroom has a farm door and doesn't offer much privacy. Don't stay there with someone you don't mind sharing more or less an open bathroom door.”

“Not bad for the price, however the tv did not work, hot tub down, bathroom was not very clean, tiles in tub very dirty, cob web in corner by bed, pull out couch had no sheets and there were no extra sheets pillows or blankets in room for pull out, when we went down for sheets and blankets we were told that linen room was locked but he could give us two sheets. The staff was friendly. The location wasn’t in the best neighborhood. Pool table needs new felt. Just overall not the cleanest hotel. The……

“Don’t really understand why a fully handicap accessible room is on the 3rd floor, I cringe if I need to use the stairs as I am currently in a wheelchair. But other than that, very good overall ”
