“The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it. I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED the hotel staff at the front desk was!!! They brought extra blankets and were kind about the extra effort. They granted a little bit of a late checkout. And they greeted my……

“There were two TV’s neither worked, power went out several times during my stay!! Arrived on Saturday evening wasn’t able to get into another room until late afternoon the next day Sunday. Excuse was no maintenance on sight!! Hotel was booked so I couldn’t be moved into a more suitable room until Sunday. checked out Monday morning. So not a good experience”

“Don't stay here if you have a trailer because the parking lot is big enough for a vehicle only. It has a nice restaurant and bar below the hotel which is very busy. When I check in, I mentioned that I had to park on the street. The clerk told me that the city might tow my vehicle because they had done it to past customers. There are no signs say no parking over night or anything else. I was told to come done later and take up a couple of spots. 11pm and the lot was still full. Tired, I……

“First off - all of the staff was amazing g - the front desk, the dining room, pool area, housekeepers -excellent!!!! The carpet in the room smells disgusting!!!!! Food in the dining room was really good - eaten by adults, a 3yo and a 6yo! That is doing something! Only complaint was the room smell. The hotel was really busy and the elevator was getting a workout!”

“The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member……
