“Excellent location - easy access to tos of awesome hikes, to Mountain Village and to town of Telluride. Super roomie even with 4 adults and 2 dogs, clean, quiet, we loved the deck and the peaceful Aspen trees. The neighbors were also very friendly! We were sad to leave.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The description and photos let you know what you are in for, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Being so far removed from civilization is just what we needed. Both adults and kids were thrilled, as was our dog, who needed an off leash vacation as much as we did. Wildlife is abundant! Our first night we saw a bear on the road, and the wildlife sightings just kept happening. We saw elk, marmots, turkey, deer, and tons of birds. One night returning to the school,……

It's super clean, well stocked, and provides spectacular views of the surroundings mountains and valley. There are so my things to love about this place, but my absolute favorite feature is the deck that wraps around part of the cabin. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air and taking in the natural sights and sounds this area has to offer.……

“We loved our stay at the Laughing Coyote. If you are looking for quiet and solitude, this is the place. The cabin was comfy and had everything we needed. We explored the MANY trails around the area and fell more in love with the western side of the San Juans. Helpful info to know: you are 38 miles (1 hour drive) from Dolores on dirt roads. The roads to/from Rico are not as maintained so the drive is over an hour. The distance didn't bother us, since the views are breathtaking either direction.……
